Design services are available for your new custom home, remodel, and green built custom home or remodel. All Gipson Corwin custom home plans are designed by builder and owner Tim Polito. Some existing plans are available for purchase, and can be modified to suit your needs.

Green Building can be a challenging task for anyone. We have extensive experience backed by resea4rch and education, and can provide assistance for you green build needs.

LEED Certification Assistance

Gipson Corwin Homes, LLC was the first builder in Southern Arizona to participated in and completed certification with the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED for homes pilot program. We can provide assistance and direction to individuals and builder seeking certification for their residential projects. LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design.

Build Lots Available for Green building

Lots are available for the purpose of building a green built home. All custom Gipson Corwin homes are designed and built to compliment the build site, environment and views surrounding them.
